Shiatsu means 'Finger pressure' in Japanese. It's Japanese form of body massage therapy. Zen Shiatsu is also called as 'Meridian Shiatsu' which is start with Hara(Stomach) diagnosis and treat weakest Meridian and strongest Meridian to make a balance whole body. Techniques includes Press specific pressure points, Meridian stretch,rotating and breathing etc to enegized and centerd the body. Holding the pressure points are quite intense and very effective.
