Junko (Ikuko) Hosoya is a highly experienced massage therapist based in Melbourne, Australia. With over 17 years of experience in massage, she has trained in a variety of massage styles including Traditional Thai Yoga, Reflexology, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal massage), Pregnancy, and Ayurveda. In addition to these, she has also studied Diploma of Shiatsu & Oriental Therapies and Diploma of Remedial Massage in Australia.She has also begun studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and is expected to graduate after 6 years of training. Her passion for yoga has taken her around the world, where she has studied many different forms such as Hatha, Sivananda, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, Shadow Yoga, and Yin Yoga. She completed her Teacher Training in India at Sivananda Ashram in March 2010.

She also believes that healthy food is essential for happiness, well-being, and survival.
